The Execution Of Civil Works And To Commission Fibre Optic Activations To A “Ready For Service” Standard, Fit For Operational Handover To Esbt In Response To Requests For Maintenance Or Extensions To The Underground Network. It Is Envisaged The Framework Contract Will Be Structured As A 3+2+2-Year Framework Contract.
