Contract For The Energy Improvement Works Of The Mas Bertran And Reus Desenvolupament Econìmic Sa Housing Building, Financed Through Next Generation Eu European Funds.The Object Of The Contract Is The Awarding By Redessa Of The Execution Of The Work And The Necessary Supplies For The Energy Improvement Of The Block Of Flats Mas Bertran I. The Building That Is The Object Of The Works Is A Building Detached Multi-Family Housing Complex Built In 2007. It Consists Of Three Floors Of 10 Homes Each. The Floor, With About 650 M2 Of Built-Up Area, Is Divided Into Two Parts, With The Communications Core In The Center And Five Homes On Each Side . Access To These Homes Is Through Exterior Walkways Located On The Southwest Facade. The Layout Of The Homes Is Based On The Combination Of One And Two-Bedroom Typologies, Both Walk-Throughs And With Wet Cores In The Center Of The Home. The Street Facade Is Finished Monolayer Light Color With Anodized Aluminum Windows With Exterior Porticons. The Access Facade To The Homes, Facing Inside Dilla, Has A Metal Sheet Finish And The Same Type Of Openings. The Action Focuses Mainly On Improving The Facade Envelope And Replacing Carpentry To Improve Energy Demand Of The Building.Thus, To Make The Object Of The Contract Possible, It Will Be Necessary To Execute The Following Services Provided In The Basic Project And Implementation Of Interior Adaptation And Change Of Use Of The Building:-Installation System D Thermal Insulation On The Outside.-Replacement Of The Existing Carpentry.
