The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To, But Not Inferior To, The Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Above-Mentioned Documents In Order To Achieve The Expected Functionality Of The Entire System That Is The Subject Of The Order, Ensuring That All Possible Required Arrangements Are Obtained, Including Acceptance Of Changes. Materials By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Accept Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Units If Presented By The Contractor. All Technical Devices And Materials Proposed By The Contractor Must Have Technical And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz And Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. The Contractor Who Proposes The Use Of Solutions Or Devices Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Devices He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Equivalent Solutions Offered By The Contractor Require Changes To The Design Documentation Or Other Arrangements, The Contractor Is Obliged To Introduce These Changes And Complete The Necessary Formalities On His Own And At His Own Expense. Required Warranty Period: Min. 36 Months, Max. 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Required Warranty Period: Min. 36 Months, Max. 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Guarantee And Warranty Period Be The Same. Other Requirements: A) The Contractor Will Use Only Brand New Materials, Devices And Equipment To Complete The Subject Of The Order, B) When Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Works, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Specificity Of Work In Active Collective Housing Facilities, C) The Works Can Be Performed From Monday To Friday, From 7.00 A.M. To 7.00 P.M., D) Work On Saturdays Or Other Days Off From 7.00 A.M. To 1.00 P.M.
