B) Substantive Analysis Of Technical Documentation For Proper Implementation In Terms Of The Sequence Of Works, Materials Used And Technical Solutions, C) Supervision Of Compliance Of The Workmanship With The Design Documentation And The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Applicable Regulations, Technical Knowledge And Construction Art In The Field Of Functional, Utility, Technical, Technological And Material Solutions, Quality, Durability And Aesthetics Of Workmanship, D) Checking The Correctness Of Keeping The Construction Log And Making Entries In It Stating All Circumstances Relevant To The Proper Construction Process E) Requesting Construction Contractors To Make Corrections Or Re-Perform Defectively Performed Works, As Well As Suspending Further Construction Works If Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Cause Unacceptable Non-Compliance With The Design Documentation, F) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed And Installed Devices, Delivered And Incorporated Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Construction Products, Devices, Systems And Equipment Not Approved By The Ordering Party, Inconsistent With The Design Documentation Or Defective And Not Approved For Use, G) Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In Tests And Measurements , Technical Inspections And Acceptances, H) Giving Opinions - In The Case Of Proposals To Introduce Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Design Documentation In The Field Of Materials, Structures, Devices, Equipment, Technical, Technological And Utility Solutions, But Of A Quality And Standard Not Lower Than Provided For In The Design Documentation, I) Checking The Documents Presented By The Contractor Regarding Trials, Tests And Checks Required By Regulations Regarding The Completed Construction Works, Confirming The Correctness Of Their Execution, Achieving The Assumed Parameters, Assessing Safety In Operation And Use, And Participating In And Supervising The Tests And Tests Networks, Installations, Devices And Systems, Including Commissioning And Commissioning, J) Initiating And Participating In Meetings And Technical Committees, K) Carrying Out Acceptance Of Works, L) Preparing Acceptance Reports Of Actually Performed Works, With An Estimate Of The Material And Financial Scope In A Given Settlement Period, Constituting The Basis For Issuing Invoices, M) Checking Samples Provided By The Contractor Of Construction Works Or Documentation Confirming The Acceptability Of Materials, Devices, Systems And Elements For Use, In Terms Of Compliance With The Design Documentation And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, N) Performing Any Other Supervision Activities , Assessments And Checks Regarding The Execution Of Construction Works, Ensuring Safety When Performing Work In An Active Facility, The Method Of Conducting And Coordinating Work With External Entities, O) Checking As-Built Documentation And Other Documents Required By Law In Terms Of Completeness And Correctness, And Recording Changes Introduced During Implementation Of Construction Works, Before The Final Acceptance, P) Informing The Ordering Party About The Progress Of The Works And Signaling - In Advance - About Any Events Affecting The Implementation Of The Task, Including Its Timely Completion, Q) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Checking And Controlling The Settlements Of The Task ) Confirmation Of The Readiness Of The Contractor Of The Task For Final Acceptance And Participation In The Final Acceptance Of The Task, S) Organizing And Participating In Inspections During The Warranty Period And In The Procedure For Removing Defects Occurring During This Period, With The Participation Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of Construction Works, T) Close Cooperation With The Ordering Party And Providing Providing The Ordering Party With Information On The Progress Of The Works.U) Participation In Committees Appointed To Identify Defects Discovered During The Warranty And Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Of Construction Works, Enforcing Their Removal And Preparing Appropriate Protocols.3. The Contractor Will Perform Investor Supervision, Participating In Activities Requiring Supervision, Where: A) Stay Means Exercising Investor Supervision On The Construction Site, B) Stays Should Take Place At Least Once In 2 Weeks, Each Stay Must Be Confirmed By An Entry In The Log. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Submit Comments And Reservations Regarding The Investment Process At Any Time, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Analyze And Take Into Account, Notifying The Ordering Party About The Actions Taken And Their Effects. 7. The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Works.8.
