Building Expansion To The Bryan County Board Of Courthouse Located At 41 North Courthouse Street, Pembroke, Ga 31321. This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Seeks To Identify A Qualified Design-Build Team With A Proven Successful Performance Record Of The Services Specified In This Document. Respondents Shall Propose The Best, Most Experienced And Qualified Design-Build Team For The Construction Of Said Building. Respondents Will Be Responsible For All Aspects Of Design, Bidding, Construction, Construction Administration, And Delivery Of The Facility In A Turnkey Manner.
