Purpose Of Procurementpursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (Erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Athletic Apparel, Footwear And Accessories To The Clayton State University (Hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp.Clayton State Is Searching For A Qualified Supplier To Contract With Who Can Provide Athletic Apparel, Footwear, And Accessories To The Athletic Department. These Products Should Be From A Nationally Recognized Brand. Supplier Must Comply With The Ncaa And/Or Conference For Specific Ball Or Equipment Brand Requirements. Please See Items Sought In The Scope Of Work Page 2. This Contract Will Coincide With Our Fiscal Year, So The Contract Date Will Start After Bid Award, And End June 30, 2025. There Are Up To 4 (1) Year Options To Renew The Contract.
