The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Construction Of Footings And Foundation Walls, B) Construction Of Structural And Partition Walls, C) Construction Of A Roof Truss Structure, D) Construction Of A Roof Covering With Metal Roof Tiles, E) Execution Of Windows And Doors, F) Execution Of External And Internal Water And Sewage Installations, G) Execution Of External And Internal Electrical Installations, H) Execution Of Plasters And Floors, I) Execution Of Building Insulation, J) Execution Of Other Internal And External Finishing Works, K ) Performing A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Completed Works, After Their Completion, With The Transfer Of Materials From The Inventory To The Appropriate District Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center, L) Notifying The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction With Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit Or No Objection By Way Of A Decision.
