After More Than 40 Years Of Existence, This Hall Has Already Exceeded The Average Age And Has Had Significant Defects For Years, Which Massively Restrict Its Use By Both The Bbz And Clubs. The Schleswig-Flensburg District, As The Owner Of The Property, Has Therefore Decided To Modernize The Existing District Sports Hall Through Temporary Dismantling Measures And To Enlarge It With An Extension In Order To Meet Necessary And Desired Needs. The Advertised Ta Planning Services Essentially Include Service Phases 1-9 Of The Above-Mentioned Renovation And Expansion Of The District Sports Hall For The Following Service Profiles In Accordance With Hoai 2021, § 53: System Group 410 - Wastewater, Water And Gas Systems, System Group 420 - Heat Supply Systems, System Group 430 - Ventilation Systems, System Group 440 - Power Systems, System Group 450 - Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems, System Group 460 - Conveyor Systems, System Group 480 - Building And System Automation. The Individual Parts Of The Respective Service Phases Can Be Found In Appendices 1A To 1H, Whereby Some Areas May Be Covered By The Infrastructure Specialist Service Of The Schleswig-Flensburg District And Therefore Individual Points Cannot Be Fully Provided In Further Cooperation (See Appendix 1A To 1H, Specific Performance Obligations). It Must Be Possible To Reduce The Proportion Of Individual Service Phases When Specifying A Possible Design Variant.
