The Client Wishes To Expand The Existing Central Waste Suction Plant, Which Was Commissioned In 2016 And Which Has Been Continuously Expanded. The New Central Suction Is To Be Established In The Dronningensgade Quarter, Odense. The Contracting Authority Offers A Turnkey Contract Regarding Pipe And Excavation Work For The Central Suction Dronningesgade Quarter In This Call For Tenders. The Company Must Be Able To Work Seamlessly With The Existing Plant. The Client Has Already Established A Waste Terminal In Enggade 13 B, For Which Currently Waste Is Vacuumed From Thomas B. Thriges Street; Areas By The Port Of Odense; Østerbro And On Østre Stationsvej/Rugårdsvej. New Homes Are Successively Connected To The Existing Pipe System. The Central Central Suction Collects 4 Waste Fractions – Residual Waste; Food Waste; Plastic/Beverage Carton And Paper/Small Cardboard. The Current Tender Includes The Establishment Of Central Suction In A New Area - Dronningensgadekvarteret And Connection To The Existing Pipe System - As A Turnkey Contract. The Tendered Task/Company Must Be Able To Work Seamlessly With The Existing Facility. This Tender Includes The Following Main Components, Which Are Described In More Detail In Section 4 Technical Requirements Specifications: Detailed Design Incl. Obtaining All Permits Excavation Work Related To Laying Of Pipes And Installation Of Wells Excavation Work In Connection With The Establishment Of Buried Containers For Glass/Metal (Builders Supply) Re-Establishment And Paving Work Traffic Regulation/Settlement. Delivery, Installation/Establishment Of Pipes For Waste, Draft Pipes, Wells, (Excl. Frame And Cover (Builders Supply) ) Air Hoses And Assistance For Pulling Signal Cables Etc. Assembly Of Plinths For Throw-In (Builder Supply) Assembly Of Valves (Builder Supply) Measuring Quality Assurance And Documentation As The Plant Owner, Odense Renovation A/S Supplies The Following, Which The General Contractor Must Install: Inlets, Electrical, Control And Fiber Cables For All Inlets. Valves, Valve Controls, Tension Straps For Fastening Valves In Valve Wells. Covers And Frames For Valve And Cable Wells. Buried Waste Solutions 3M3 (Concrete Tank). The Cost Of These Deliveries Is Less Than 20% Of The Contract Sum. If Odense Municipality Decides To Establish Central Suction In Dronningensgade, Odense Renovation Will Subsequently Offer The Production And Assembly Of Throw-In Stands For The System In An Eu Tender. In That Case, The Tender Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 10,000,000.00. Pursuant To § 194, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 1, It Is Noted In Relation To The Tendered Task/Company That Odense Renovation Requires The General Contractor To Include The Following Environmental And/Or Climate Considerations When Carrying Out The Tendered Contract: The General Contractor Must, Among Other Things, Use Biodiesel (Hvo) For The Machines And Ensure That A Particle Filter Corresponding To Euronorm5 Is Fitted. Materials That Are Removed From The Area Must Be Reused To The Greatest Extent Possible.
