The Existing Awning At The Extension Of Zš Vejrostova 1 In Brno-Bystrec Is Currently Drained Freely Onto The Terrain Using Gargoyles. This Condition Is Unsatisfactory. With A Concentrated Discharge, Puddles Form Under The Awning And The Surface Is Washed Away And The Grass Is Washed Away. There Are Also No Suitable Conditions For The Site In The Area - See The Report Of The Ig And Hg Survey Prepared By The Company Balun Geo S.R.O., Which Was Prepared In 2016 During The Construction Of The Extension Of The Primary School. The Report Indicates A Value Of The Seepage Coefficient Of 7.4.10-4 M/S And, Overall, The Assessed Clay Surface Can Be Characterized As Unsuitable For The Infiltration Of Large Amounts Of Rainwater. Before Starting Excavation Work, It Is Necessary To Mark Out The Existing Utility Networks To Avoid Damage To Them. In Case Of Doubt, The Position Of Utility Networks Will Be Verified By Hand-Dug Probes. The Pipeline Will Be Laid In An Open Trench Supported By A Supporting Arm Or By Means Of Expanded Boxes. Excess Excavation Will Be Taken To A Landfill. Excavation Will Be Carried Out Mainly By Machine, In Inaccessible Places It Is Possible To Use Manual Excavation. Before The Pipeline Is Backfilled, A Pressure Test Will Be Performed According To The Relevant Čsn. The Contractor Will Also Provide Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction, In Particular The Geodetic Survey Of The Row Routes In S-Jtsk Coordinates And The Bpv Height System. A New Gutter Will Be Made Along Part Of The Perimeter Of The Entrance Awning. The Gutter Will Be Made Using Steel Support Brackets From Jakl Steel Profiles. These Structures Will Be Anchored To The Existing Supporting Structure Of The Roof From The Front Of The Awning And Water-Resistant Birch Plywood Will Be Used. 15 Mm. The Structure Prepared In This Way Will Be Covered With A Galvanized Painted Sheet, Which Will Create A Gutter That Will Be Sloped To The Roof Drain. The Roof Drain Led From The Gutter On The North Side Will Lead Through The Approved Suspended Pipe Under The Existing Soffit And Will Be Connected To The Drain On The South Side. The Front Of The Awning, Where The Gutter Will Not Be Placed, Will Be Sheeted So That The Integrity And Uniform Appearance Of The Structure Is Maintained. The Drain Will Be Equipped With A Roof Runoff Trap With A Side Outlet And Further Connected To A Rainwater Sewer Connection, See Profession D.1.4.1_Zti. The Awning Will Be Drained Using Rainwater, On Which A Geiger Roof Dirt Trap Will Be Installed - Construction Part. The Proposed Storm Sewer From The Awning At The Zš Extension Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Campus Storm Sewer In The Existing Dn1000 Inspection Shaft On The Zš Property. The Sewer Pipe Will Be Made Of Pp Pipes. The Proposed Sewer Is Designed In Unpaved Terrain And Will Be Fitted With Dn400 Plastic Inspection Manholes And Will Terminate In The Existing Dn1000mm Prefabricated Concrete Inspection Manhole On The Existing Area Storm Sewer Pipe. Part Of This Proposed Sewer Is A Retention And Infiltration Shaft For The Capture And Accumulation Of Rainwater From The Roof Of The Awning, Which Allows Compliance With The Minimum Permitted Runoff Into The Sewer. A Concrete Prefabricated Retention Infiltration Shaft With A Usable Volume Of 3.8M3 Is Designed. The Tank Will Be Equipped With A Device For The Controlled Discharge Of Rainwater (Whirlpool) Valve, Set To A Maximum Outflow Value Of 0.5 L/S. A Dn400mm Plastic Filter Shaft Is Designed In Front Of The Retention And Infiltration Shaft. The Retention And Absorption Shaft Is Formed By Concrete Rings. The Bottom Of The Shaft Is Filled With Troweled Sand. A Dn150 Safety Overflow Will Be Made From The Shaft.
