Tenders are invited for Prequalification of Advertisement Agencies Description: Expression of Interest Prequalification of Advertisement Agencies House Building Finance Company Limited intends to pre-qualify advertising agencies to promote its corporate image, products and other advertising needs. Agencies applying should have a complete advertising set-up (Client Service, Media, Creative and Art Departments with in-house production facility) with at least ten years of experience in handling multi-channel marketing for their clients. Advertising agencies enlisted/accredited with the Press Information Department (PID), All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) and Pakistan Broadcasters Association and who are on Active Taxpayers List of FBR shall submit their application/profiles along with creative/artwork (concepts and copies, sketches, preliminary designs, storyboards and scripts) as per document available on HBFC website www.hbfc.com.pk EOI document along with profiles of interested advertising agencies prepared in accordance with the instructions given in document must reach at address given below on or before May 29, 2024 at 11:00 am. Proposals will be opened on same day at 11:30 am in the presence of interested advertising agencies or their representatives (who choose to attend) at the address given below. In case of any holiday, EOI will be opened on the next working day. Late/ incomplete/ conditional proposals will not be entertained. Selection of ad agencies will be made in accordance with guidelines and procedures of Advertising Policy 2021, issued by the Press Information Department (PID).
