1. Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Under The Common Name: Reconstruction Of The Bielsk - Ułtowo Municipal Road - Stage Iv.1.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road With A Length Of 1,100 Meters, A Width Of 4 M + A 1.00 M Wide Passing Road, A Length Of 25.00 M (Bielsk Ułtowo, Plot No. 67). Description: As Part Of The Road Reconstruction, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Activities: • Measuring Activities, • Profiling And Compacting The Subsoil For Mechanical Pavement Construction Layers, Soil Category Ii-Vi; • Making A Base Of Gravel (5 Cm Thick After Compaction) • Four-Time Surface Consolidation Of The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit • Making A Passing Road Over A Length Of 25 M; • Making Double-Sided Roadsides, Each 0.75 M Long, 1100 M Long, • Surveying Services 2. Number Cpv Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 45233120-6 - Road Construction Works3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Description In The Swz, Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.4. Bill Of Quantities - This Is Auxiliary Material Specifying The Elements Of The Works To Be Performed By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Above-Mentioned Elements In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Knowledge And Art, Design Documentation And In Accordance With The Obligations Specified In The Contract, Annex No. 8.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum Guarantee And Warranty For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 3 Point 32 Of The Waste Act, The Entity Is Obliged To Manage (Export And Dispose Of) At Its Own Expense The Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 7. Use Of Materials And Equivalent Devices: If At Any Point In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And Its Annexes, I.E. The Bills Of Quantities, The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Materials Or Devices Used To Perform The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Indicated, This Should Be Treated As An Exemplary Solution Specifying The Standards, Appearance And Technical Requirements - And The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99(6) Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices. The Ordering Party Allows Any Market Equivalents With Parameters Equal Or Better Than Those Indicated. This Means That The Materials And Devices Intended By The Contractor To Be Used At The Stage Of Works Implementation Should Meet The Parameters Specified In The Tender Documentation And Should Not Be Worse Than Its Assumptions (Equal Or Better). I.E. They Must Be At Least: The Same Strength, The Same Durability, Fulfill The Same Functions, Meet The Requirements For Structural Safety, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection, Have Appropriate Documents Allowing For Use In Construction, Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Burden Of Proving That The Material (Product) Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor With Whom The Contract Was Signed. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Appropriate Documents Describing The Technical Parameters, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents Authorizing The Given Material (Product) For Use And Making It Possible To Clearly State That They Are Actually Equivalent.
