Canteen Services – Management Of The Swr’S Catering Facility At The Mainz Location. Essential Services Are: - Provision Of The Main Catering Prepared On Site From 12:00 P.M. To 2:00 P.M. With At Least One Tribal Meal And At Least Two Other Main Courses, Of Which At Least One Is A Vegetarian/Vegan Dish, For An Average Of Around 260 Meal Participants. - Provision And, If Necessary, Preparation Of Snacks, Drinks And Merchandise In Display Cases In The Sales Room Throughout Opening Hours (Monday To Thursday From 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.). - Provision Of Vending Machines Through Which A Varied Range Of Merchandise, Snacks, Cold And Hot Drinks Must Be Offered To Employees On Late And Night Shifts. The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining The Machines And Billing Them. The Availability Of Vending Machines Must Also Be Ensured Over The Weekend. - Provision Of Catering In The Conference Rooms And In The Offices Of Managers (Mainly Hot/Cold Drinks And Small Snacks, Rarely Elaborate Catering With Food) - To A Very Small Extent, Catering For Special Events (Company Parties, Anniversaries, Evening Productions, Readings, Etc.).
