In The Future, An Expansion Of The Mobility Hub By At Least 270 Parking Spaces Is Being Considered. The Tu Must Take This Into Account When Planning And Implementing The Mobility Hub. System Construction Is Desirable. The Tu Must Equip 30% Of The Parking Spaces With Charging Infrastructure For Electric Vehicles. It Also Has The Possibility Of Expansion To 100%. While Kompac Gmbh Commissions The Tu With The Installation Of The Necessary Pre-Equipment And Fastening Options For Busbars And Wall Boxes, Delivery, Assembly And Electrical Connection Work For The Charging Infrastructure Are Not Part Of The Tus Contractual Obligations. The Tu Must Design The Mobility Hub As Co-2 Neutral In Order To Receive The Dgnb Gold Certification. The Mobility Hub Should Remain Open Around The Clock. At Least 20 Bicycle Parking Spaces With Battery Charging Options Must Be Set Up On The Entrance Level In A Separately Accessible, Secured Area (E.G. Perforated Metal Walls). There Are Increased Demands On The Design In The Area Of The Facade, The Stairwells, The Pedestrian Guidance System With The Use Of Color, The Signage And Marking As Well As Increasing The Visitors Sense Of Security.
