Expression of Interest For Development Of Intergovernmental Authority On Development State Of Resilience Report

Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Region State of Resilience Report The objective of this consultancy is to support IGAD in developing the first-ever "IGAD Region State of Resilience" report. This report will utilize the iRI to comprehensively assess the regions state of resilience across various dimensions, analyze potential challenges and opportunities, and provide valuable insights into the resilience factors affecting member states and propose recommendations for enhancing resilience in the region. The scope of work under the assignment include, among others, (i) mapping and engaging Stakeholders, (ii) Conducting comprehensive Data Collection and Analysis, (iii) Producing Enhanced Visualization and Communication, (iv) Developing and submitting the Draft Report, (v) facilitation of of validation workshop and (vi) submit the final report. The implementation period of the activities is estimated at five months Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Secretariat, located in Djibouti, is an Executing Agency responsible for facilitating and manage fiduciary functions of the project.
