Request for proposals are invited for Networks Website Development The Proposal should include the following: · Copies of certificate of registration/incorporation (for firms) · Company profile including full contact details (physical address, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses, along with names and contacts of Directors. · Curriculum Vitae of proposed project team members. · Tax registration certificates (Income Tax and VAT) · Contact person and contact details of Project Lead/Manager. · A portfolio of previous work on websites with similar functionalities. Three reference websites at least. · Technical and financial proposals should be submitted via email as separate PDF folders. · All prices shall be quoted in US Dollars, Including VAT, Original tax invoices must be submitted by the awardee upon making the payments.
