Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Establishment of Electronic Payment Gateway System for the Government of Lesotho The services included under this assignment are: a) Prepare, for approval by the client, a concept note that includes the proposed methodology to carry out the assignment; resources, and schedule for ensuring that the deliverables are realized (Inception Report). b) Prepare report on the appropriate system together with the software and hardware requirements. c) Prepare the E-Payment Gateway system Specification Document d) Prepare a document on the gaps between the envisioned E-Payment Gateway System and the current Government Financial System, IFMIS. e) Develop, for approval by client, a tool to use to certify the system deployed Tender Link : https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement
