The Project Generally Consists Of Constructing A New Public Works Facility In A One-Story Structure Containing Approximately 4,323 Square Feet In Area, To Include New Offices, New Restrooms, Showers, Locker Room, Breakroom, General Work Room, Two-Service Bays, Small Equipment Workroom, Tire Repair Shop, And Mezzanine Level Storage Area. The New Building Is Located Behind The Existing City Hall Building With A Site Area Of 4.34 Acres.
