The Subject Of The Order Are Restoration Works On The Facade Of The Historic Town Hall In Góra Kalwaria - Plot No. 98/1 From Areas 1 - 01, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Conditions Of The Building Permit - Decision No. 1028/2017 Of June 29, 2017. Scope Of Works Planned For Facade Will Include Repairing And Filling Existing Gaps In The Plaster With Mortar, After Cleaning And Repairing The Walls. Manual Cleaning Of Architectural Elements, Applying A Thin Layer Of Unifying Mortar With A Thickness Of 3 - 4 Mm. A Layer Of Mass-Colored Plaster Will Be Applied To Flat Surfaces According To The Color Design. It Was Planned To Fill In The Gaps In The Cornices With Appropriate Putty, And To Reconstruct Part Of The Cornice In Larger Sections On The Side Of The Yard. Repair Profiles Only Using Injection Mortars Bonding To The Substrate And Reprofiling Preparations. Weathered Elements Will Be Reinforced With Structurally Protective Preparations. The Surfaces Of The Architectural Decor Will Be Painted With Vapor-Permeable Silica Dispersion Paint. External Plasters Of Walls, Plinths And Chimneys That Are Poorly Bonded To The Wall Will Be Chipped Off And Replaced With New Renovation Plasters, And The Remaining Plasters Will Be Cleaned And Leveled. In Strips 50-60 Cm High Above The Facade Projections Covered With Flashings (Cornices), In Strips Approx. 1 M High Above Ground Level, Impregnate The Plaster With A Hydrophobic Preparation. Disassembly And Installation Of Downpipes. It Is Planned To Replace The Flashings, Including Making And Installing 25 Cm Wide Window Sills Made Of Copper Sheets, And Installing Bird Spikes. Insulation Of The External Wall In The Arcades With 12 Cm Thick Styrofoam, Renovation Of Wooden Beams In The Arcades, Securing Boards In The Arcades Of The Building In Both Wings To The Nro Class, Renovation Of Steel Elements And Railings, Replacement Of The Clinker Tile Floor In The Arcades With Frost-Resistant Stoneware Tiles, Dismantling And Installation Of Existing Commemorative Plaques. The Investment Will Include Replacing Full, Single-Leaf External Panel Doors Without Sidelights With An Area Of Over 1.5 M2 And Full, Double-Leaf External Panel Doors With An Area Of Over 1.5 M2, Along With Carving Out The Wall, Plastering And Painting. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1. Tidying Up And Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition In Places Damaged During Construction Works2. Obtaining Acceptance Of The Works By The Masovian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments3. Obtaining A Partial Permit To Use The Facility From The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Piaseczno. Note:1. Existing Façade Details Such As Plaster And Rustication Should Be Retained.2. Restoration Works Should Be Coordinated With The Electrical Installation, Which Is The Scope Of A Separate Tender Procedure.3. Carrying Out Construction Works Cannot Disturb The Work Of The City And Commune Office In Góra Kalwaria.4. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. Common Procurement Dictionary: 45.45.30.00 - 745.31.11.00 - 1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As A Description Of The Employers Requirements In Relation To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Acceptance Are Specified Technical Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz) And Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 6 To The Swz). `In Connection With The Entry Into Force Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213, As Amended), Changes In The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213, As Amended), 2023, Item 682, As Amended) And Regulation (Eu) No. 305/2011 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 March 2011 Laying Down Harmonized Conditions For The Placing On The Market Of Construction Products And Repealing Council Directive 89/106/Eec 21 December 1988 On The Approximation Of The Laws, Regulations And Administrative Provisions Of The Member States Relating To Construction Products) In Full Force From 1 July 2013 And Determining The Conditions For The Placing On The Market And Making Available On The Market Of Construction Products, By Establishing Harmonized Rules Implementation Of The Performance Properties Of Construction Products And The Ce Marking On These Products. The Ordering Party Requires That The Products/Materials Used To Perform The Order: Have The Mandatory Ce Marking, Fall Within The Scope Of The Harmonized Technical Specification (I.E. Harmonized Standards - Hen, And European Assessment Documents Edo) - Previously Optional, Had Declarations Of Product Performance, Which Binds The Manufacturer In The Scope Of The Product Performance Properties Selected By Him From The Standard, Related To Its Specific Use, Which Is Declared By This Manufacturer, Obligation To Prepare A Declaration Of Product Properties For Ce Marked Products And To Provide It With Each Product Made Available On The Market (Together With The Product/Material For The Construction Site); For Materials Not Covered By Harmonization, They Should Be Marked With The B Mark. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended). The Contractor Must Ensure That The Works Are Performed In Accordance With The Law, In Particular With Technical And Construction Regulations, Regulations Regarding Independent Technical Functions In Construction And Regulations Regarding Products And Materials Used In Construction. The Contract That Will Be Concluded For The Purpose Of Implementing The Order In Question Provides For A Lump Sum Remuneration Based On The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer, The Price Of Which Results From The Offer Presented By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors. The Ordering Party Requests That The Offer Indicate The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance The Contractor Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors. The Required Warranty And Warranty Period For The Works Performed And The Materials Of The Device Will Be At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Acceptance Report. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party Before The Deadline For Completing The Works. The Ordering Party Specifies The Provisions And Requirements For Subcontracting Agreements In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys (Pln). The Contractor Is Fully Liable - Both Towards The Ordering Party And Towards Third Parties - For Damages And Other Events Arising In Connection With The Performance Of Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, In Particular For The Loss Of Material Goods, Bodily Injury Or Death Of Persons. If The Technical Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Therefore Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, But Specifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer Or Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Quality Parameters And Functional Features. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
