The Investment Concerns Changing The Arrangement Of The Kitchen Facilities In The Existing Building, Without Changing Its Structural Layout. Interference With Internal Load-Bearing Partitions Is Limited To Making Holes For Installations And Internal Doors/Windows. It Is Assumed That Some Of The Internal Walls Will Be Demolished And Partition Walls Will Be Added To Optimize The Functionality Of The Working Space And To Separate Additional Rooms. The Part That Was Originally A Canteen For Kindergarten Children Will Be Incorporated Into The Kitchen And The Main Working Area Will Be Created There, With A Separate Corridor Ensuring Communication Between The Kindergarten And The School Without Disturbing The Kitchen Area. Some Of The Existing Carpets Will Be Removed And Replaced With Stoneware Floors In The Kitchen. Enlarging The Kitchen Area Requires Equipping It With Additional Furniture And Devices - The Most Important Of Which Will Be A Kitchen Hood With A Grease Trap. The Above-Mentioned Works Will Involve The Need To Modify Suspended Ceilings And Electrical Installations, As Well As Supplementing Work Lighting. Proper Ventilation Is To Be Ensured By Additional Air Handling Units Located On Steel Supporting Structures Located On The Roof Of The Canteen.
