Especially And In Accordance With The Measurement Programs Of The Flood Risk Management Plans (Pgri) Of The Second Cycle Of The Intercommunity Basins (Approved By Royal Decree 26/2023, Of January 17), It Is Included, As A Specific Action Directed To Improve The Studies Available For Estimating The Frequencies And Magnitudes Of Floods, The “Development Of New Versions Of The Iber Program.” Therefore, It Is Of Great Interest To Advance In The Development Of This Free Software, Increasing Its Capabilities For The Application To The Implementation Of The National Flood Zone Mapping System And New Needs Derived From Regulatory Modifications Such As The One Carried Out In The Domain Regulations. Public Hydraulic, Approved By Royal Decree 849/1986, Of April 11 (Rdph). Among The Main Works Covered By This Service Is Improving The Hydraulic Calculation Of River Floods And Determination Of The Public Hydraulic Domain (Dph), The Calculation Of Pluvial Floods In Urban Areas, The Hydrological Calculation Of Floods And Continuing The Latest Improvements Such As Those Carried Out In The Modules Of Soil Erosion By Runoff And Sediment Transport With Non-Uniform Granulometry. Likewise, To Facilitate And Extend The Use Of The Software, It Is Advisable To Implement New Capabilities In The User Interface And Develop Updated Training Material.
