Construction Work – Restoration, Renovation And Expansion Of The Former De Ridder Brewery, Deurne. The Assignment Is Composed Of Two Sub-Projects (Hereinafter Also Referred To As “Sub-Assignments”), Whereby The Implementation Of Each Sub-Project Is Monitored Completely Separately. Sub-Assignment 1 Includes All Works Required For Renovation, Repurposing And Expansion Of Building Parts A&B (See Figure) Into A Center For Mental Health Care And Will Be Monitored By Cgg Andante Vzw. Sub-Assignment 2 Includes The Renovation And Repurposing Of Building Parts C, D, E & F. This Only Concerns The Execution Of The Demolition And Shell Works.
