Prior Information Notice For Dental-Practice Services – Collection Of Expressions Of Interest In Relation To Provision Of Mobile Dental Clinics For Penitentiary Inmates For The Next 4 Years. The Correctional Service Is Responsible For Dental Services For Inmates In The Correctional Services Institutions. It Has Been Decided To Change The Current Arrangement For Dental Professional Service To Mobile Dental Clinics, Which Will Cover The Majority Of The Correctional Institutions Registers. The Tender Thus Includes The Purchase Of Dental Professional Services, Which Are To Be Operated Via Mobile Dental Clinics. The Estimated Contract Value Is Approx. 15 Million Dkk Per Year. The Ordering Party Draws Attention To The Fact That This Light Advance Notice Of Expression Of Interest Will Apply To The Contracts Entered Into In The Next 4 Years And Relate To More Than A Single Purchase. The Contracts Will Be Awarded Without Further Publication, Cf. Section 187, Subsection 3. Interested Tenderers Must Notify The Contracting Authority Of Interest In The Contracts In The Form Of An Expression Of Interest. The Deadline For Receipt Thereof Is 27.05.24 At 12:00 And Sent To The Customer In Eu Supply. The Contracts Are Offered As A Light Service In Accordance With Section Iii Of The Public Procurement Act. With This Advance Notification, An Expression Of Interest Is Requested And Not An Offer, Cf. Section 187, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 3. The Subsequent Allocation Procedure Is Described In More Detail In Procedure. The Number Of Expressions Of Interest Is Important For The Award Procedure. The First Contract Has An Expected Duration Of 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extension By 1*12 Months. The Total Estimated Contract Value Of The First Contract Is Approx. 45 Million Dkk. Inmates In Correctional Institutions Are Entitled To Health Care In The Same Way As The Rest Of The Population. The Purpose Of This Tender Is That As Many Inmates As Possible Can Receive Dental Treatment On The Registers, So That They Do Not Have To Be Transported To A Dental Clinic, And To Ensure Uniformity In The Treatment Provided. The Tender Thus Includes A Delegation Of The Dental Professional Service, Which Is To Be Operated Via Mobile Dental Clinics. The Offer Includes Dental Services For The Registers Of The Correctional Service In Denmark, Except For Copenhagen Prisons, Bornholm, Greenland And The Faroe Islands. The Tender Thus Includes Dental Services For A Total Of 46 Registers, Including 14 Prisons, 31 Detention Centers And An Immigration Centre, Which Currently Has An Average Daily Capacity Of 3,621 Places For All Of The Registers Included In The Tender. The Places On The Individual Registers May, However, Change During The Contract Period As Needed, E.G. As A Result Of Double Occupancy, Temporary Closure Due To Damage To Buildings, Etc. If The Supplier Cannot Cover The Penitentiarys Need For Dental Professional Service From The Start, The Scheme Must Initially Only Cover The Cadastres That Have No Solutions Inside The Cadastre Itself. There Are Currently Six Prisons, Including Herstedvester, Storstrøm, Nyborg, Ringe, Enner Mark And Nr. Snede, Where There Is A Clinic On The Register With Treatment Via An External Supplier. As Agreements With External Suppliers Expire, The Scheme Must Be Scaled Up So That It Covers All 46
