The Charleroi Cpas Has More Than 2,700 Workers Spread Over Approximately 52 Sites Located Throughout The Charleroi Territory. Its Actions Are Divided By Sector Of Activity, Namely Social Assistance, Collective Action, Reception And Accommodation Of The Elderly, Home Help And Care, Mental Health Prevention And Social Emergencies, To Which Are Added General Administrative Services. Depending On The Sector To Which They Belong, Cpas Workers Are Subject To Different Work And Financial Regimes: - Some Workers Are Subject To A Regime Of 38 Hours/Week, Others To 39 Hours/Week; - Different Scale Regimes Are Applicable With The Need For Connections Between The Two (Rgb And Ific); - Certain Services Operate 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day (Rest Home, Night Shelters, Etc.); - Some Sectors Operate With Fixed Schedules And Others With Variable Schedules; - Leave Allocation Varies Depending On The Sector; - Some Workers Receive Meal Vouchers, Others Have An End-Of-Year Bonus; - Additional Wages For Night, Weekend Or Extraordinary Services Must Be Able To Be Calculated - ... This Contract Aims To Implement An Integrated Human Resources Management Solution (Hard And Soft Hr) Capable Of Responding To The Requirements And Specificities Of Administrative And Financial Management Specific To The Local Public Service. This Tool Must Therefore Have Different Modules Allowing The Integrated Management Of Payroll, Personnel Administration, Working Time And Schedules Based On A Point System, Skills Benchmarks And Job Descriptions, Recruitment , Evaluations Based On The Model Applicable In Local Administrations, Staff Training, The Framework And Finally The Organization Chart.
