Tenders Are Invited For Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance Of Technical Devices And Configurations Of The Customs Agency

The Subject And Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance Of Technical Devices With Critical Functionality; 2. Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance Of Technical Devices With Non-Critical Functionality. Delivery Of Components For Retrofitting The Equipment Subject To The Order At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Contract Is Classified As Secret, According To Art. 28, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Law On The Protection Of Classified Information (Clai) And In Connection With Item 21, Section Ii Of Appendix No. 1 To Art. 25 Of The Civil Code, Its Implementation Is Related To Access To Classified Information. In The Process Of Carrying Out Activities Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement, It May Be Necessary To Visit A Communication Facility With A Special Purpose, As Well As Plans For Their Defense And Security, Representing Access To Classified Information With The Secret Level.
