Rehabilitation Services – Work Trial And Work Training In Swedish. The Procurement Is Done In The Manner Described In Appendix 3 Framework Agreement. The Procurement Areas And The Municipalities That Belong To The Areas Are Described In Appendix 3 Framework Agreement And In Appendix 4 Map And Municipalities. By Submitting A Tender In This Tender Procedure, The Tenderer Undertakes To Primarily Provide Services To Clients In The Procurement Area For Which The Tenderers Tender Is Accepted. Job Training And Work Testing Are Carried Out Within The Framework Of Vocational Rehabilitation In Accordance With § 6–7 And Within The Framework Of Vocational Rehabilitation For Young People In Accordance With § 7 A Of The Act On The Social Pension Institutions Rehabilitation Benefits And Rehabilitation Cash Benefits (Hereinafter Frpl Or The Act On Fpa Rehabilitation). Rehabilitation For Fpas Clients Begins On 1 January 2025. Job Training Is Intended For • Clients Who Have An Illness Or Disability That Has Caused, Or Is Judged To Cause In The Next Few Years, A Significant Deterioration Of The Clients Ability To Work Or Study And Earning Opportunities (Frpl § 6) • Clients Aged 16–29 Whose Functional Ability Has Significantly Deteriorated (Frpl § 7 A). Work Probation Is Intended For • Clients Who Have An Illness Or Disability That Has Caused, Or Is Judged To Cause In The Next Few Years, A Significant Deterioration Of The Clients Ability To Work Or Study And Earning Opportunities (Frpl § 6) • Clients Aged 16–29 Whose Functional Ability Has Significantly Deteriorated (Frpl § 7 A). The Services Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Following Service Descriptions (Appendix 1) (Valid From 1.1.2025): The Service Descriptions For Work Training And Work Testing Are Separate Entities And They Are Part Of The Same Document. Each Service Description Has Its Own Cover And Table Of Contents. The Same Document Also Includes A General Part, Which Also Has Its Own Cover And Table Of Contents. By Submitting A Tender In This Tender Procedure, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide Both On-The-Job Training And On-The-Job Testing. A Separate Tender Must Be Submitted For Each Place Of Business That Is Offered. The Tenderer May Submit Only One (1) Tender For One And The Same Place Of Business. It Is Considered To Be One And The Same Place Of Business Even In Cases Where The Premises Have Two Different Addresses But It Is De Facto The Same Place Of Business (E.G. Entrance From Two Different Streets).
