Automation System – 1. Replacement Of The Process Control Technology In The Goldisthal Pumped Storage Plant (Psw) And 2. Value Contract For The Maintenance Of The Process Control Technology In The Goldisthal Psw. 1. Investment Project: The Psw Goldisthal Is One Of The Pumped Storage Power Plants Of Vattenfall Wasserkraft Gmbh. The Power Plant Is Constructed In Caverns And Is Located Underground (In The Mountain). However, Various Systems Are Also Installed Above Ground. The Psw Consists Of Four Pumped Storage Units (Pss) In A Vertical Design And Went Into Operation In 2003. The Semi-Factory Structure, Consisting Of One Asynchronous And One Synchronous Machine, Generates A Total Electrical Output Of Approx. 1,060 Mw. The Process Control System Pcs 7 V5.1 From Siemens Is Currently Installed At The Site As A Process Control System, Especially For Controlling The Power Plant. This Now Needs To Be Replaced. The Existing System Consists Of 16 Automation Stations (Some Redundant), 85 Decentralized Peripherals And Numerous Serial Connections With Self-Sufficient Controls. Approximately 6,500 Conventional I/Os And Approximately 2,500 Serial I/Os Are Processed/Reported/Interconnected, Thus Generating Approximately 4,000 Additional Messages. Since A Siemens Pcs 7 V9.1 System (Plttwo With Approx. 4,000 I/Os) Has Already Been Installed For The Switchgear Control Technology In 2023/2024, The New Process Control System Will Also Be Implemented With The Same Technology In The Current Version And Both Systems Will Be Merged With Each Other . The Project Includes The Following Basic Measures: - Design, Planning, Project Planning, Delivery And Assembly Of All Components For The Required Process Control And Automation System Based On Pcs 7 In The Current Version - Upgrading Or Replacing Server / Plc Cabinets - Replacing And Configuring The It -Systems - Implementation And Increase Of It/Ot Security - Exchange And Configuration Of Automation Systems/Assemblies - Project Planning, Programming And Optimization Of The Corresponding Automation Systems Based On A Current Block Library And Based On The Existing Function Plans - Cabling And Cable Dismantling - Signal Testing, Commissioning, Trial Operation And Optimization - Training - Documentation - Proof Of The Guaranteed Properties The Replacement Of The Process Control Technology Should Take Place Within A Main Electrical / Control Technology Revision, In The Years 2026 To 2028. In This Revision, The Replacement, Testing And Commissioning Takes Place, Parallel To The Replacement Of Several Other Electrical Systems, Semi-Factory. 2. Value Contract: The Value Contract Is Used For The Maintenance (Maintenance, Inspection, Repair And Improvement) Of The Siemens Pcs7 Process Control System. This Includes All Functions, Resources And Components Of The Field, Automation And Operating And Monitoring Levels, As Well As The Overarching It System, The Merged Process Control System. Furthermore, An On-Call System Must Be Provided With Guaranteed Response And Arrival Times. The Term Is 3 Years Plus A 2+2+1 Year Extension Option. The Start Of The Term Of The Value Contract Is Determined
