The construction period is six (6) months. This invitation is open to all qualified bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document Qualification requirements include: Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of construction work over the last 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022) shall be: USD 361,000.00. Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) Contracts for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works within the last 5 years: USD 180,500.00 per contract. Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be: USD 180,500.00.
