The Out-of-Home Media Services RFP will cover all five Auckland Transport (AT) media asset portfolios and is being conducted for AT to select out of home media advertising Media Partner(s). Participants in the open market RFP can apply to any of the media asset portfolios individually, or combinations of portfolios as bundles. The RFP covers ATs entire portfolio of Out-of-Home advertising media assets. Participants can respond to the RFP directly, or as members of a consortium each consortium will need a lead company for the RFP process who will contract with AT if successful for any of the media asset portfolios. Please note this open market RFP process replaces the previous open market Registration of Interest (ROI) and closed RFP process. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a one-stage procurement process and is issued by Auckland Transport (AT). The procurement is an open invitation to participants who have the necessary capacity, capability and track record and wish to submit a proposal for the Out-of-Home Media contract(s). AT does not see this as just an opportunity to find partners to manage our Out-of-Home assets, but is also seeking partners who can drive, optimise, and prioritise our assets to deliver the very best outcomes for our ratepayers. The RFP is for the supply of Out-of-Home Media Services for the following media asset portfolios: A. Street Furniture (bus shelters and related) B. Transport Hubs (Stations and Terminals) C.
