The Procurement Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System For The South Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Lapland, North Ostrobothnia And Pirkanmaa Business Transport And Environment Centers, Which Can Be Applied For By Submitting A Participation Application In Accordance With The Procurement Notice. Tenders Are Held Among Bidders Accepted For The Dynamic Procurement System For Basic Survey Assignments For General/Road/Construction Plans. In Addition, Possibly Also Basic Investigations Of Investment Projects. The Basic Research Orders That Are The Subject Of Procurement Are Mainly Tendered On A Unit Price Basis In Separate Tenders.
