Users Of The Nantes Municipal Social Action Center (Ccas) And Its Partners Can Benefit From It Upon Orientation. The Contract Will Include An Execution Condition Relating To The Professional Integration Of People In Difficulty. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. Formalized Procedure Subject To Articles R 2161-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of The Provisions Of Article L. 2113-13 Of The Public Procurement Code, This Contract Is Reserved For Integration Structures Through Economic Activity Mentioned In Article L. 5132-4 Of The Labor Code And For Equivalent Structures, When They Employ A Minimum Proportion Of 50% Of Disadvantaged Workers. In Addition, This Contract Includes An Insertion Execution Condition.
