Object Of This Public Procurement Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Zop Is The Performance Of Provision Of Services. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity 1-Evaluation Of Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Of All Parts Of The Investment Project, Of Working Drawings And Details Prepared After The Conclusion Of A Construction Contract; Activity 2-Exercising Construction Supervision During Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; The Activities Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor For The Entire Period Of Design And Construction Of The Site, Including The Time Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation.
