The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Customer Chooses One (1) Supplier With Whom It Will Enter Into A Contract. In Question, Fimlab Is An Agreement Between Laboratoriot Oy And One Supplier, Which Confirms The Prices And Planned Volumes And Other Conditions For Orders Placed During The Framework Arrangement. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Specified In The Draft Agreement. Fimlabs Distributors Can Also Use The Agreement Between The Supplier And Fimlab Individually Here. The Distributors Volumes Have Been Taken Into Account In The Total Procurement Volumes.
