Construction Work – Iboi Chapel – Energy Efficiency Development. Construction Works For The Energy Efficiency Development Of The Institute Of Justice And Insurance Medicine (Chapel) Of Semmelweis University. The Purpose Of The Investment Is Energy Savings And Safe Operation. The Investment Is Aimed At Renovation And Modernization Aimed At Increasing Energy Efficiency. Budapest Capital Ix. 35/2017 Of The Representative Board Of The Ferencvárosi Municipality On The Protection Of The Image Of The Settlement. (Xii.22.) The Building Is Under District Protection. The Useful Floor Area Of The Building According To The Designers Technical Description Is A Total Of 863.65 M2 The Net Floor Area Is The Horizontal Projection Of The Floor Area Enclosed By The Walls. Usable Floor Area: The Part Of The Net Floor Area Where The Ceiling Height Is At Least 1.90 M. Tasks To Be Performed: 1. Architect Tasks 1.1. Construction Task The Planned Energy Modernization Includes: • Replacement Of Facade Windows (Wooden Windows: 5; Aluminum Windows: 22), • Thermal Insulation Of The Attic Floor (420 M2), • Installation Of Solar Panels (63), • Injection (179 M2 ), • And The Development Of A Heat-Recovery Cooled-Heated Ventilation System. The Complete Energetic Modernization Of The Chapel Building Is Greatly Limited By The Perimeter Protection Of The Building Complex. 1.2. Facade Opening Locks During The Renovation, The Facade Doors And Windows Will Be Replaced With Modern Doors And Windows Of Traditional Wooden Structure, With Heat-Insulating Glazing In The Outer Wing, In Accordance With Their Historic Nature, With Divisions And Colors Corresponding To The Original. 1.3. Thermal Insulation Of The Attic Floor The Thermal Insulation Stone Wool Sheet Is Placed On The Attic Floor After The Attic Covering Brick Is Removed, And In The Case Of The Walking Surfaces, The Thermal Insulation Placed Between The Joists Is Covered With Osb (Or Equivalent Chipboard). The Thermal Insulation Of The Closing Slab Is Made With A1/A2 Fire Protection Class Mineral Fiber Thermal Insulation. The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Attic Floor Was Checked By A Sample Examination Of The Steel Beams, And A Static Expert Opinion Was Prepared On This, Which Forms Part Of The Construction Design Documentation. 1.4. Waterproofing There Is Dampness On The Basement And Ground Floor Walls Of The Building. A Detailed Wall Diagnostic Study Was Prepared On The Basis Of An On-Site Inspection Held On October 10, 2022, The Study Of Which Is Part Of The Construction Plan Material. The Dryness Of The Ground Floor Walls Is Ensured By Subsequent Injection Under The Slab Above The Basement And By Using Drying Plaster If The Measured Moisture Content Of The Ground Floor Walls Is Above 65%. 2. Fire Protection Tasks 2.1. History, Subject Of The Design The Examined Building Constitutes A Risk Unit, A Fire Section, Which Will Not Be Modified. During The Change, Neither The Contour Of The Building, Nor The Floor Area, Nor The Position Of The Facade Windows Will Change. The Inspection Of The Facility Is In Accordance With The Effective Regulation 54/2014. (Xii. 5.) Takes Place According To Bm Decree (Hereinafter Referred To As Otsz). 3. Strong And Weak Current Tasks The Energy Efficiency Renovation Of The Building Performs Significantly Compared To The Current Connection Performance
