Tenders are invited for Term Contract for the Maintenance and Repair of, Alteration, Addition and Improvement Works to Electrical Installations Maintained by New Territories Maintenance Sub-Division of General Engineering Services Division The scope of the works includes maintenance and repair of, alteration, addition and improvement works to electrical installations maintained by General Engineering Services Division of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. The contract is scheduled to commence in October 2024 for expiry in September 2027. Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Electrical Installation (Group III) or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Electrical Installation (Group III) who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender. Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Electrical Installation (Group III) may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by Friday, 7 June 2024 to Mr. CHOW Tsz-him, General Engineering Services Division, 6th Floor, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
