The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Building Of The Funeral Home In Rybnik, Ul. Rudzka 70B Divided Into Tasks Based On The Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Based On The Bill Of Quantities. Task 1 Renovation Of The Facility (Womens Cloakroom With Sanitary Rooms, Mens Cloakroom With Sanitary Rooms, Dining Room, Corridor) Along With The Cold Storage Room. Scope Of Works: 1. Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including: Demolition Of Partition Walls, Demolition Of Floor Layers, Removal Of Existing Wall And Floor Cladding Made Of Ceramic Tiles, Removal Of Door Frames, Dismantling Of Electrical Installations, Dismantling Of Water And Sewage Systems, Dismantling Of Sandwich Panels In The Existing Cold Store; 2. General Construction Works, Including: Construction Of Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboards On Metal Grids, Construction Of Cement Screeds, Construction Of New Lintels With Installation Of New Door Frames, Construction Of Sewer Risers, Construction Of Linear Drains; 3. Finishing Works, Including: In The Sanitary Rooms, Finishing The Walls With Ceramic Tiles Along With Horizontal And Vertical Moisture Insulation; In Dry Rooms, Finishing Walls With Emulsion Paints; In The Corridor, Finishing The Walls With Mosaic Plaster With A Grain Thickness Of Up To 2.0 Mm, Finishing The Floors With Stoneware Tiles With Plinths; Construction Of Suspended Ceilings From Plasterboards; Installation Of Internal Doors; 4. Installation Works, Including: Construction Of New Water And Sewage Installations, Construction Of A New Electrical Installation With Installation Of New Electrical Equipment, Installation Of New Sanitary Fittings. Pursuant To Art. 100 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Informs That The Tasks Will Include Work Taking Into Account The Needs Of Disabled People. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act On Public Procurement, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Connection With The Requirements Of The Environmental Protection Law And The Provisions Of The Air Protection Program For Zones Of The Silesian Voivodeship In Which Excessive Levels Of Substances In The Air Were Found, The Ordering Party Informs That During Construction Works, It Will Require The Use Of Work Technologies That Minimize Dusting Of The Building Materials Used And Are Not Harmful To The Environment. It Is Especially Important For The Ordering Party That During Construction Works The Following Rules Are Observed: - Protecting Dusty Bulk Materials From Being Blown Away (Covering With Tarpaulins, Sprinkling), - Transporting Bulk Materials In Cars Equipped With Tarpaulins To Limit Dusting Of The Transported Materials, - Using Ready-Made Construction Mixtures Prepared In The Factories. In Addition, The Ordering Party Will Monitor Vehicles Servicing The Construction Site In Order To Reduce Road Pollution. If Any Deficiencies Are Found That Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment And Are Inconsistent With The Provisions Of Polish Law And The Above Provisions, The Ordering Party Will Suspend The Works. It Is Also Recalled That: - The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Equipment And Machines That Comply With Environmental Protection Standards And Regulations Regarding Their Use; - The Organization Of The Construction Site And The Conduct Of Construction Works Must Not Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment. Deadline For Removing Defects: Up To 14 Days From The Date The Ordering Party Notifies The Contractor About The Defect. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Works Performed And The Materials Used. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Receipt And Handover Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract. Note: If The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out Using A Fleet Of Vehicles, This Fleet Will Meet The Requirements Referred To In Art. 68 Section 3 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.
