Tenders are invited for Renovation work of forces barracks inside DB compound of DMP. Eligibility of Tenderer: (i) UP-to-date Trade License (ii) VAT Registration Certificate (iii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance pay-slip/Certificate (iv) UP-to-date Bank Solvency Certificate/Bank Statement for 03 (three) months from 01-02-2024 to 30-04-2024 (v) Citizenship Certificate (vi) Last 03(three) years experience in related work (vii) Certificate of Non Black Listed of the bidder (viii) Other papers must be submitted as described in the Teder Document. Brief Description of Goods or Works: a) Renovation work of forces barracks inside DB compound of DMP. b) Repair work of canteen, kitchen and 5 toilets on the ground floor of barrack building-01 of police control room of DMP. c) Installation of razor wire on boundary wall for security and repair of 2 SS gates at Rajarbagh officers quarter Padma, Meghna & Jamuna compound & other renovation works. d) Ceiling repair work of 03 barracks of DMP eastern regional police lines (Demra). e) DMP POM Mirpur-14 complete repair work of police lines barrack No.9 f) DMPs Tejgaon thana complex, residential existing quarter Someshwari (10 flats of 5-storied building, 600 sq. ft.) complete interior and exterior repair work (including sanitary, interior civil, electrical and doors-windows, glass and painting). g) Repair work of installation of fire rated doors instead of wooden doors in emergency exits from 2nd floor to 10th floor of DMPs Ramna police officers quarters Shimul Bhawan. h) Repair work of installing fire rated doors instead of wooden doors in emergency exits from 11th floor to 20th floor of DMPs Ramna police officers quarters Shimul Bhawan. i) Complete repair of exterior and stairwell of Rajarbagh officers quarter Jamuna. j) Complete repair work of Tin Shed (2 Sheds) barracks of Motijheel police station of DMP.
