Anticipated Project Scopethe Work For This Project Is Expected To Include The Following:1.Creation Of At Least Two Single-User Restrooms In The Existing Lobby (Adjacent To The Existing Restrooms And Admin Office).2.Subdivision Of Instructional Support Room 129 To Create A Boardroom And A Small Conference Room, Keeping The Existing Sprinkler Riser Room In Place.3.Modifications To The Layout Of The Admin Office Wing, Including Removal Of The Existing Unisex Restroom To Create An Additional Workstation / Copy Area, Expansion Of One Existing Office, Addition Of An Interior Partition With A Door To Create A Larger Nurse¿S Office.4.Add Supplies And Returns To The Hvac Distribution System In Office Areas.5.Creation Of Two Small Offices Between The Existing Instructional Support Office And The Multipurpose Room, To Accommodate Occupational Therapy And Speech Therapy.6.Minor Modifications To Instructional Support Room 165A (Replace Out-Swinging Door And Separate Electrical Device Wiring That Is Connected To The Adjacent Room).7.New Flooring In The Hallway Outside The Multipurpose Room And Inside The Multipurpose Room.8.Evaluation Of Existing Kiln Room And Modifications To Interior Finishes. Remove Existing Vct And Install Ceramic Tile. Evaluate Fire Sprinkler And Hvac System.
