An Investment Project Has Been Prepared And Approved For The Object Subject To The Public Procurement, Which Will Be An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement. The Technical Specification Related To The Implementation Of Smp Is Described And Framed In The Investment Project, Both In Terms Of The Type And Specification Of The Individual Materials Used, And In Terms Of The Method And Technology Of Implementation. In View Of Which, With Regard To The Technical Specifications For The Implementation Of The Present Site, Those Specified In The Investment Project And Ccc, Which Are Part Of This Documentation, Should Be Used. The Construction Is First Group, Fourth Category According To Zut And Ordinance No. 1 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. Old Peoples Home, Town Of Krumovgrad Is Housed In A Four-Story Building, Public-Municipal Property, Located In Pi With Identifier 39970.505.1097, Upi I, Quarter 83 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Krumovgrad, With Administrative Address Str. Hristo Botev No. 2A. The Nursing Home Property Includes Part Of A Semi-Excavated Basement, First, Second And Fourth Floors, Together With The Adjoining Stairwell. The Third Floor Is Used As A Center For Temporary Accommodation Of People In Need. The Building Is In Round-The-Clock Operation And Year-Round Occupancy. The Maximum Number Of People During Operation Is 24 Employees And 50 Permanent Residents. The Project Proposal Includes Construction Activities, Reconstruction Of The Fourth Floor, Including Energy Efficiency Measures And Delivery Of Equipment And Furniture, With The Aim Of Renovating The Existing Material Base Of The Home For The Elderly, Town Of Krumovgrad. The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out Under The Project: - Thermal Insulation Of External Walls; - Replacement Of The Existing Windows And Doors; - Thermal Insulation Of A Roof; - Thermal Insulation Of The Floor; - Internal Repair Of Flooring, Walls And Ceilings; - Reconstruction Of The Fourth Floor Of The Building - Allocation Of 5 Double And 8 Single Rooms; - Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Furniture; - Improving Access For People With Disabilities According To Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 26.01.2021; - Activities On The Adjacent Yard Space.
