The Work Of This Contract Is For The Construction Of A New Two (2) Storey 2,816M2 Mass Timber Addition, A New Two (2) Storey 150M2 Non-Combustible Link And Single Storey 87M2 Non-Combustible Gym Storage Addition. Works Involves A Fully Developed Site With Civil, Landscaping, Structural, Mechanical And Electrical Assemblies, And Services.The New Additions Consists Of A Slab On Grade, Structural Steel, Mass Timber Framed Structure And Steel Stud Framing. Exterior Finishes Consist Of Pre-Finished Metal Panels, And Aluminum Composite Panels And Masonry Brick. The Roofing System Is 2 Ply Sbs On Steel And Mass Timber Decking. Site Work Includes Concrete And Asphalt Areas, Parking Lot And Landscaping.The Preliminary Siteworks For This Contract Was Completed Under A Previous Phase As Per The Drawings To Create The First Lift Of Asphalt For The New Bus Loop, Some Parking Revisions, Under Ground Electrical Conduit For The Revised Hydro/Tel Feed To The School And New Water Main Tie-In With Hydrant Relocation.Amendment #1 May 9 2024 - 10 Original Ift Documents Now Added
