The Two Elevators In 6220 Also Have Been Upgraded.Based On The Age Of The Building, Existing Inventories, Pre-Reno Hazmat Survey, Building Components In The Buildings Are To Be Assumed Containing Hazardous Materials Unless Test Otherwise.During The Course Of Construction, The Tenants Will Occupy The Buildings. Contractor Must Phase The Work To Minimize The Disruption To The Tenants. Contractor Is Required To Arrange And Facilitate Two (2) Tenant Information Meetings Before Commencing The Construction.Dedicated Full Time Tenant Coordinator Is Required During Course Of Construction.
