The Contractor Is Obliged To Install Heat Pumps Certified By An Accredited Laboratory. Additional Elements Of The Item Description Orders: When Calculating The Above Tasks, The Use Of Brand New Materials From Manufacturers And Brands Given In The Items Or Other Equivalent Materials Should Be Taken Into Account. The Offer Price Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, As Well As Those Not Included And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. These Will Be At Least Costs Of: - All Preparatory Works, - Setting Working Hours And Dismantling The Scaffolding, - Cleaning Works, - Development Of The Construction Site, - Maintaining The Construction Facilities (Repairs, Water, Electricity, Telephone), - Costs Of Electricity And Water Consumption For Technological Processes And Administrative Construction, - Reconstruction Of Roads And Sidewalks, - Removal Of Excess Soil, - Preparation Of A Bioz Plan, - Surveying Works, - Costs Of Construction Property Insurance, - Costs Of Post-Construction Surveying Inventory And Marking The Completed Works On A Map, - Costs Of Acceptance Of Individual Elements Of The Works By Authorized Persons (E.G. Chimney Sweep Inspection Of Smoke And Ventilation Ducts) According To The Legal Status On The Date Of Initiation Of The Procedure, - The Cost Of The Environmental Fee For Accepting Rubble And Soil To The Landfill, - Other Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Works That Are Not Expressly Mentioned In The Bill Of Quantities But Are Described In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Design Documentation, Should Be Included In Additional Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate, As They Will Not Be Paid Separately And Constitute The Contractors Risk. The Contractor Must Check These Bills Of Quantities Against The Design Documentation, Verify And Report Any Discrepancies To The Ordering Party Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Attached Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document And Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection, And The Ordering Party Does Not Specify That An On-Site Inspection Is Obligatory, But Advisable To Prepare The Most Precise Offer. Note - The Offer Cost Estimate Must Be Prepared Separately For The Following Tasks Included In The Subject Of The Order - Task 1 - Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Municipal Kindergarten Building In Lubiszyn, Including Land Development - Task 2 - Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Lubiszyn, Together With Land Development . The Offer Cost Estimate Is Not Used To Settle The Cost Estimate Of The Works (Lump Sum Contract), But Is Used Only To Calculate The Contractors Remuneration Due In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract Or The Ordering Partys Resignation From Performing Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Or In The Event Of Replacement Works And To Determine The Costs Of The Task For The Kindergarten And The Volunteer Fire Department. .A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: - Design Documentation With Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
