The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called Construction Of Rural Community Centers In The Sobótka Commune Along With Infrastructure Elements - Second Procedure. The Basis For The Investment Is The Design Documentation Covering The Construction Of A Village Community Center Building With Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development In The Town Of Okulice On Plot No. 92, Okulice District, Sobótka Commune, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Building Permit Decision No. 521/2022 Of February 23, 2022 So Far, Ground-Level Works Have Been Carried Out In Okulice, I.E. Foundations, Foundation Walls (Without Vertical Insulation, Without Sand Backfill, Without Underfloor Installations). The Full Scope Of Works Related To The Construction Of The Village Community Center Building Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development Remains To Be Performed. A Detailed Description Of The Construction Solutions Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation Must Be Demonstrated. Town Żerzuszycethe Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 2 New Containers, In Accordance With This Description And Operational And Technical Requirements (Wet). Containers Must Be Adapted To Be Placed In Modules On A Concrete Surface (Concrete Foundations) With A Deviation Of Up To +/- 5 Cm. The Foundation System (Fixing To The Ground) Of The Containers Should Ensure Stability And Functioning In Bad Weather Conditions. The Supporting Structure Of The Containers Is A Self-Supporting Steel Frame Made Of Cold-Bent Rolled Profiles Connected At Eight Corners. The Frame Acts As The Skeleton Of The Modular Building. All Profiles Are Sandblasted And Protected With An Anti-Corrosion Varnish Coating. Containers Should Be Constructed In Such A Way That They Enable Internal Communication. The Full Scope Of Works Remains To Be Done Related To The Construction Of A Village Community Center In Stary Zamek Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Including The Relocation Of Sports Equipment And A Playground Deeper Into The Plot. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Construction Of A Water Supply Network To Connect The Community Center To The Building.
