The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Modular Device For Precise Measurements Of Surface Geometry For The Analysis Of Tribological Wear And High-Resolution Measurement Of Forces In Friction Contact, Fully Compatible With The Multifunctional Research Platform Owned By The Ordering Party (Mft 5000 By Rtec Instruments), Capable Of Implementing Movements Of Constant Direction And Variable Sense Of The Relative Velocity Vector, With Measurement Of Forces In The Contact Area Of ​​The Tested Bodies For The Faculty Of Mechanical And Shipbuilding Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. 2. The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Section 1, Includes, Among Others: 1) Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party And Its Insurance Until It Is Collected By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations; 2) The Contractors Declaration That The Subject Of The Order Meets The Technical Parameters And Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 3) Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Brand New Product, Free From Legal Defects And Ready For Use And Exploitation, Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases, And The Contractors Guarantee That The Subject Of The Order Is Not Subject To Any Third Party Rights; The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty Of No Less Than 12 Months;4. If The Contractor Proposes A Shorter Warranty Period, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.7. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers For The Subject Of The Order. An Equivalent Offer Is An Item With The Same Or Better Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters That Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. When Submitting An Equivalent Offer, The Contractor Relying On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Specification Together With The Offer, Which Will Clearly Show The Ordering Party That The Offered Product Range Has The Same Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters In Relation To The Product Range Specified By The Ordering Party. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Ordering Party Used Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Swz. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In Its Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order.
