The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Following Deliveries And Related Services: The Supply Of Three (3) Hybrid Truck-Mounted Platforms; Repairing And Maintaining The Supplied Hybrid Truck-Mounted Platforms For A Period Of Five (5) Years; The Order Falls Under The Cpv Code(S): 34100000-8 Motor Vehicles 44481000-5 Aerial Work Platforms The Municipality Of The Hague Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With One Supplier For The One-Off Delivery Of Three (3) Truck-Mounted Aerial Work Platforms, Including Repair And Maintenance . The Agreement Comes Into Effect At The Time Of Signature By The Parties, With The Exception Of The Rights And Obligations Associated With The Performance Of The Repair And Maintenance Work, Which Take Effect At The Time Of Acceptance Of The Truck-Mounted Aerial Platforms And Have A Term Of Five (5 Years. The Truck-Mounted Platforms To Be Supplied And Associated Specifications, Requirements, Conditions And Services Are Further Described In The Schedule Of Requirements. The Order Is Carried Out On The Basis Of An Agreement To Which The Ariv-2018 Applies, Except Insofar As It Concerns The Implementation Of The Repair And Maintenance Obligations, To Which The Arvodi-2018 Applies.
