Expansion Of Existing Internal Installations, Including Heating, Ventilation And Electricity; 4. Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of Hardened Surfaces In Front Of The Entrance To The Planned Vestibule;5. Reconstruction Of Sections Of The Existing Underground Utilities Colliding With The Designed Vestibule;6. Other Accompanying Works Such As: - Removal Of Existing Hardened Surfaces In The Area Of The Designed Vestibule; - Securing Fragments Of Existing Weapons; - Construction Of Foundations; - Construction Of The External Wall Of The Vestibule; - Construction Of A Floor On The Ground; - Construction Of A Roof; - Bricking Up The Staircase Window; - Installation Of Joinery; - Plastering; - Execution Of Floor, Wall And Ceiling Cladding. B. The Execution Of The Task Additionally Includes: A) Organization, Development And Liquidation Of The Construction Site, B) Traffic Organization And Construction Marking, C) Tests And Acceptances With The Participation Of The Ordering Party, D) Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition After Completion Of The Works, E) Carrying Out Works In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Hospitals Operation, F) Management Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Waste Management Regulations. For This Reason: - Waste - Including All Types Of Aboveground, Underground, Inorganic And Organic Residues Such As Rubble, Scrap, Etc. - Should Be Transported Without Undue Delay To The Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation Or Handed Over To An Entrepreneur With A Permit To Transport Waste, - Storage In The Area Of The Construction Site, Dismantled Materials Suitable For Recovery Is Possible In A Period No Longer Than The Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order, - No Later Than On The Date Of Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Document To The Ordering Party How To Manage The Waste Generated As A Result Of These Works, Presenting The Ordering Party With A Card Transfer Of Waste In An Amount Not Less Than That Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Or By Explaining In Writing Any Difference; G) Carrying Out The Required Warranty Inspections Of The Installed Equipment At The Facility During The Period Of The Warranty Granted By The Contractor And Performing Maintenance Activities On These Devices, Conditioning The Maintenance Of The Warranty On The Terms Granted By The Contractor. C . Technological And Implementation Requirements: A) The Sequence Of Construction And Assembly Works Should Be Agreed With The Supervision Inspector (Or Investor). The Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Hospitals Medical Activities, Taking Into Account The Broadly Understood Well-Being Of Patients; B) The Schedule For The Execution Of Construction Works Will Be Agreed Upon Conclusion Of The Contract, Within 15 Days From The Commencement Of The Works, With The Supervision Inspector (Or Investor); C ) Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Appointed Representative - Supervision Inspector (Or Investor); D) The Contractor Will Provide Contact Telephone Numbers And Fax And Indicate Persons To The Extent Necessary For Efficient And Timely Execution Of The Order; E) The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damage Caused During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order; F) Throughout The Entire Implementation Cycle, The Continuity Of Operation Of The Hospital Building, In Particular The Emergency Department, Must Be Ensured. The Investment Will Be Implemented In Active Facilities, Therefore The Contractor Is Particularly Obliged To Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy (Consolidated Text Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2003 No. 169, Item 1650 As Amended Amended) - General Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.G) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Protection Of The Construction Site Transferred To Him, In Particular Maintaining Proper Order, Safety Of Persons And Property And Proper Security Of The Construction Site Until The Completion And Final Acceptance Of The Works;H) In In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To Property During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair It And Restore It To Its Previous Condition At His Own Expense;I) The Contractor Will Comply With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations And Maintain Functional Fire-Fighting Equipment. Flammable Materials Will Be Stored In Accordance With Relevant Regulations And Protected Against Access By Third Parties. D. Requirement Of Employment Under An Employment Contract. The Method Of Employment Verification, The Ordering Partys Control Rights And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided, Among Others, By: The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Annexes Posted On The Website Of The Proceedings Being Conducted, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz: Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Prepared By The Contractor: Biuro Projektowo - Inwestycyjne Usługi Zdrowia Sp. Z O. O. Based At Ul. Panewnicka 22, 40-709 Katowice. The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Only An Auxiliary Element. The Ordering Party Allows And Recommends That The Contractor Make An On-Site Visit.
