Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is: Execution In The Design And Build Formula Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Sidewalk On The District Road No. 1024S On The Skrzydlów - Adamów Section, Kłomnice Commune. The Contractors Task Will Be To Prepare Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For This Facility Based On The Pfu, Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation And Reconstruction Of The Road. As Part Of The Planned Project, The Reconstruction Will Include; Stage I - Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For This Facility, Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Technical Documentation Adopted By The Ordering Party Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Notification Completion Of Construction Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate. The Investment Includes The Reconstruction Of The District Road Dp No. 1024 S By Building An Approach Sidewalk On Its Western Side From Km 4+717 To Km 3+327 (Length 1390M) With A Width Of 2.3 M (Including The Curb 0.20 M), In Place Of The Existing Roadside And Roadside Ditch. The Investment In Question Is Located In The Town Of Skrzydlów, In The Kłomnice Commune Of Częstochowa Poviat, In The Silesian Voivodeship. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Implementation Includes The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With Obtaining All Arrangements And Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including Decisions On Environmental Conditions And Water Permits, And Obtaining A Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works. As Part Of The Documentation, The Designer Will Also Develop Designs For Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Along With Their Approval At The District Office. In Addition, The Contractor Will Submit An Appropriate Application And Obtain A Decision To Remove Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Planned Investment And Develop A Plan For Replacement Plantings In Consultation With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Obtain Consents From The Owners Of The Adjacent Land In The Case Of Construction Of Exits And Accesses To Gates With A Slope Towards The Adjacent Properties (Or Use Solutions To Prevent Rainwater From Flowing Onto The Adjacent Plot From The Designed Exit And/Or Access).2) Obtaining Derogations From The Regulations Technical And Construction. Pursuant To Article 9 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, If Necessary, Consent To Derogate From The Technical And Construction Regulations Within The Accepted Framework. Contract Amount And Time To Complete The Task.3) Design Documentation In *.Pdf Format Must Strictly Correspond To The Paper Version, I.E. Their Use Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At Working Meetings. The Products Used (Materials And Devices) Will Be Described In The Prepared Documentation Without Indicating Their Trademarks, Patents Or Origin.6) Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Based On Design Documentation Prepared By The Designer Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works. As Part Of The Construction, The Contractor Will Provide: - If Necessary, Environmental Supervision To The Extent Resulting From Specific Regulations And Decisions On The Environmental Conditions Of The Project, - Archaeological Supervision And Carrying Out Rescue Archaeological Research, To The Extent Resulting From The Position Of The Conservator Of Monuments, - Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation ,- Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate.7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Agree With The Ordering Party Within No Longer Than 3 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Based On The Price Table Of Individual Elements Of The Works Submitted By The Contractor In The Offer Material, Time And Financial Schedule. It Must Include The Performance Of All Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, And Therefore Include All Costs Constituting The Offer Price, Necessary To Complete The Order, With Their Division Into Individual Elements, Which May Constitute A Separate Element Of Acceptance, Taking Into Account The Deadlines For The Implementation Of Each Of These Elements. The Schedule Is The Basis For Settling The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Contract, As Well As The Basis For Determining The Contractors Remuneration Due In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract Or Its Invalidation. If The Contractor Intends To Entrust Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract To Subcontractors, The Schedule Must Specify The Values ​​Of These Parts. They Will Constitute The Upper Limit Of The Investors Liability In Relation To The Remuneration Of Subcontractors Performing A Given Part Of The Contract, Referred To In Art. 6471 § 3 Of The Civil Code. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party Of Each Change To The Schedule Within 3 Days Of Making The Change. The Changes Cannot Apply To Amounts Constituting The Upper Limit Of The Investors Liability In Relation To The Remuneration Of Subcontractors Performing A Given Part Of The Order.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Type Of Works To Be Performed Under The Order, Is Specified In The Technical Documentation (Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz)) Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. In The Event Of Changes To The Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Adapt The Quality Of Works Performed On The Subject Of The Order To The New Standards.3. Additional Conditions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 3.1. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee Of Min. 60 Months.3.2. The Order Should Be Carried Out Based On The Standards, Instructions And Detailed Technical Specifications For Maintenance Works Applicable In Road Construction.3.3. The Contractor Is Recommended To Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Sign The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Equivalent Materials With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Technical Documentation. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies Of Materials He Offers To Perform The Task Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
