The Task Is Covered By Co-Financing Under The Maluch + Program 2022-2029 From Kpo Funds And The State Budget. 1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To Above, Which Concerns The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Municipal Nursery In Dzierżoniów, Based On The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party, For Which The Building Permit Decision No. 60/2024 Of February 9, 2024, In Particular, Includes: 1) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Nursery Building In Order To Create An Additional Unit For 25 Children; 2) Execution Of Internal Installations, Including Installation, According To The List Of Bathroom Equipment, Dispensers For Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels And 600Mm Round Mirrors Mounted On The Wall; 3) Hardening The Area - Pedestrian Routes; 4) Installation Of Small Architecture - Playground; Additionally, The Contractor Is Obliged To Place Stickers (Resistant To Weather Conditions) On The Playground Equipment In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In The Visual Identification Book Of The National Reconstruction Plan; The Contractor Will Deliver The Dismantled Wooden Playground Equipment To Kindergarten No. 3 In The Estate. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design, Executive Design And Interior Design And Finishing Design, Which Is Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or Drawings Or Simultaneously In The Description And Drawings. Both The Technical Description And Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Projects Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Order.1.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Investor Supervision Recommendations, And The Above-Mentioned. Documentation, Including The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers For People With Disabilities.1.7. In Connection With The Co-Financing Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Display In The Documents Produced The Sources Of Co-Financing For The Task, I.E. The Sign Of The European Union (Composed Of The Eu Flag And The Inscription Co-Financing By The European Union), The Sign Of The National Reconstruction Plan And The Sign Of The Colors Of The Republic Of Poland (Composed Of The Colors Of The Republic Of Poland). And The Name Republic Of Poland).1.8. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Construction Works, The Existing Part Of The Nursery Will Be Open. Childrens Rest Hours Are From 11:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M., And Mechanical Equipment That Generates Noise Should Be Limited Or Disabled. In July, There Will Be A Summer Break For Children In The Nursery, Then Construction Works Can Be Carried Out Without Interruption And Without Any Restrictions, Especially Inside The Existing Part Of The Nursery. On Saturdays, It Will Be Possible To Work In The Existing Part Of The Nursery, After Agreeing With The Nursery Director.
