1. This Procedure Covers The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Renovation And Maintenance Of Two Guard Towers And Two Camp Gates On The Site Of The Former German Subcamp Of Kl Auschwitz Iii - Blechhammer In Sławięcice (Kędzierzyn Koźle) - A Branch Of The Camp In Oświęcim, Based On The Conservation Work Program Prepared By Base & Direct A.W. Waszkiewicz Sp. Jawna” With Its Registered Office In Ząbki 05-091, Ul. Hugona Kołłątaja 9/4, Including: 1) Preparatory Works: A) Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of Gates And Guard Towers Before Conservation Works; B) Preparation Of The Area Around The Facilities - Removal Of All Vegetation Near The Facility. 2) Work On Both Gates: A) Disinfection Using Solutions To Remove Microorganisms - Covering Concrete Surfaces With An Algae- And Fungicide; B) Manual Cleaning Of The Metal Surfaces Of The Gate From Layers And Remnants Of Moss And Lichens With Wire Brushes; C) Abrasive Blast Cleaning Of Concrete And Protruding Reinforcement Elements From Loose Layers And Rust - Selection Of The Abrasive Material After Tests For Effectiveness With No Damage To The Surface Of The Historic Material; D) Chemical Removal Of Rust Stains On Concrete Caused By Protruding Elements Of The Metal Frame; E) Protection Of Protruding Metal Elements By Cold Galvanizing;F) Injecting Narrower Concrete Joints With A Filling Agent;G) Cleaning The Defects Caused By Corrosion Of The Reinforcement From The Damaged Concrete And Then Securing The Reinforcement By Cold Galvanizing And Filling The Defects With Polymer-Cement Mortars;H) Making Additions And Reconstructions Using Appropriate Polymer-Cement Mortars, Colored In The Mass, Using Appropriate Aggregates;I) Color Blending Of Concrete Elements Using Silicate Paints; J) Hydrophobization Of Concrete Elements Using Hydrophobic Preparations On The Entire Surface Of The Facility; K) Protection Against Re-Growth Of Plants In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Facilities, Using Geotextile And Stone Grit. 3) Work On Both Watchtowers: A) Manual Brushing Of The External Surfaces Of Concrete And Elements Of Protruding Reinforcement From Rust, Moss, Lichen, Microorganisms And Loose Layers ; B) Disinfection Using Solutions To Remove Microorganisms - Covering Concrete Surfaces With An Algae- And Fungicide Preparation; C) Protection Of The Remains Of Historical (Russian) Propaganda Inscriptions - Turret No. 106; D) Abrasive Blast Cleaning; E) Removal Of Possible Leaks In The Roofs Of The Turrets, Revealed After Cleaning; F) Chemical Removal Of Rust Stains On The Concrete, Resulting From The Protruding Elements Of The Metal Frame; G) Protection Of The Protruding Metal Elements By Cold Galvanizing; H) Injection In Narrower Joints Of The Concrete With The Preparation Filling Material;I) Cleaning Of Defects From Damaged Concrete Caused By Corrosion Of The Reinforcement And Then Securing The Reinforcement By Cold Galvanizing And Filling The Defects With Polymer-Cement Mortars;J) Hydrophobization Of Concrete Elements Using Hydrophobic Preparations On The Entire Surface Of The Facility; K) Protection Against The Re-Growth Of Plants In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Facilities, Using Geotextile And Stone Grit.2. The Execution Of The Task Additionally Includes: 1) In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program, Work On The Objects In Question Should Be Of A Conservative Nature; 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including As-Built Conservation Documentation And Its Delivery To The Ordering Party By The Date Of Reporting The Completion Of The Works, In Paper And Electronic Form; ) Proper Organization, Development And Tidying Up Of The Facility, Area And Place Of Conservation Work; 4) Management Of Waste Generated During Conservation Work In Accordance With Applicable Waste Management Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Document To The Ordering Party How To Manage The Waste Generated As A Result Of Carrying Out These Works In Accordance With Applicable Waste Management Regulations, No Later Than On The Date Of Notification Of The Completion Of Conservation Works; 5) Renovations And Repairs Of Damaged Road Surfaces And Green Areas Resulting From Renovation And Conservation Works Carried Out;6) Preparation Of A Photographic Inventory Of The Area And The Place Of Conservation Works, Consisting In Particular In Visualizing The General Condition Of The Facility And Its Vicinity Before The Commencement Of Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Completed Inventory To The Ordering Party In An Electronic Version On A Data Carrier, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Facility And The Place Where Renovation And Conservation Works Are Carried Out; Principles Granted By The Contractor;8) Tidying Up The Area And The Site Of Renovation And Conservation Works After Their Completion;9) Tidying Up The Area Adjacent To The Site And The Site Of The Conservation Works That Were Disturbed As A Result Of The Works;10) Preparing Photographic Documentation Of The Area And Site Of The Works Conservation Works On The Day Of Final Acceptance And Transfer To The Ordering Party In An Electronic Version On A Data Carrier Within 5 Days From The Date Of Acceptance;11) The Contractor Shall Bear All Costs Resulting From The Conditions And Decisions Of The Institution In Connection With The Conservation Works Carried Out;12) The Contractor Is Obliged On The Date Of Handing Over The Area And The Site Of Conservation Works, Have And Submit To The Ordering Party A Paid Liability Insurance Document For Business Activity;13) After Cleaning The Furnace From Secondary Paint Coatings, A Conservation Commission Should Be Convened To Assess The Condition Of The Original Layer And Determine Further Proceedings And Its Possible Exposure;3. Employment Requirement Under An Employment Contract. Pursuant To Section 95 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order: • Renovation And Maintenance Works. The Method Of Verification Of Employment, The Ordering Partys Control Rights And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. .4. Requirements Arising From The Act On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels. Pursuant To Art. 68 Section 3 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018. On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 110, As Amended). The Ordering Party Requires That The Total Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Motor Vehicle Fleet Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law Used In The Performance Of This Task Was At Least 10%. The Rules For Calculating The Share Of Electric Vehicles In Vehicle Fleets Are Specified In Art. 36A Of The Act On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided, Among Others, By: The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Annexes Posted On The Website Of The Conducted Proceedings, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz: Program Of Conservation Works, Prepared By Base & Direct A.W. Waszkiewicz Sp. Jawna” With Its Registered Office In Ząbki 05-091, Ul. Hugona Kołłątaja 9/4. 6. Deadline For Order Completion.1) The Order Must Be Completed Within: Not Less Than 15 Calendar Days, Not Longer Than 40 Calendar Days Counted From The Date Of Handing Over The Area And The Facility For Conservation Works (Assessed Value) (Minimum Estimated Value: 15 Calendar Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Area And The Object Of Conservation Works).2) Handing Over The Area And The Object Of Conservation Works Within 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3) The Warranty Period Is Min. 36 Months, Max. 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report (Assessed Value).4) The Warranty Period For Defects Is 5 Years From The Date Of Execution Of The Order And Recognition By The Ordering Party As Properly Performed (Final Acceptance Report).
