The Subject Of The Order Is The Ordered And Successive Delivery Of New Clothing, New Work Footwear And Other New Health And Safety Articles For The Plant In Rudno In Agreed Batches, For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Deliveries Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From: 7.00-15.00. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Rudno Sp. Z O. O., Rudno 17, Ostróda Commune. All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Borne By The Contractor And Are Included In The Offer Price.3. The Ordering Party Envisages, In Accordance With Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Exercising The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Quantity Of Clothing, Work Footwear And Health And Safety Articles By 20% In Relation To The Estimated Quantities Given In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
